SunAfric Help Desk is available through various channels, including a dedicated mobile number and our support portal, which is available 24x7. With a superior response time, our highly trained support specialists are available to help ensure your end-users are on track and leveraging the full capabilities of our software.
- User Community Collaboration
SunAfric client community is one of the most active and engaged in the industry, demonstrating consistently high levels of client involvement and satisfaction year after year. We proactively reach out to you to communicate information and provide opportunities for users to collaborate and share knowledge and support.
- System Maintenance
SunAfric Group support is unlimited. Your annual maintenance not only covers all product support, enhancement, and upgrades to the software, but also allows an unlimited number of users to make an unlimited number of calls to the SunAfric Groups Help Desk.
- Remote Support
Support offered via online confrencing tools such as Web Ex, Skype, TeamViewer all handled by technical team. Open to all clients during normal working days.
- Emergency Call Support
All calls handled by technical support staff. Rotating service assignments cover non business hours with 10-minute guaranteed call back. Remote Connection for Trouble Shooting and Online Support via teamviewer, Web EX,Skpye among other tools. Escalation plans to involve additional services and dispatch technical person to site if required. Technicians have access to electronic project archives to product documentation for trouble shooting purposes.
